The handful of values that appear in every signature, set once for the whole organisation.

Settings holds the values that belong to the company rather than to a person. Anything here fills a gap when a person has no value of their own, and the logo and disclaimer apply to everyone.

Your logo
One upload covers every signature that uses the logo. A PNG with a transparent background is the safest choice.

Which variable each setting fills

Tip: A person's own value always wins. Set an Ireland address on the people in that office and the company default takes care of everybody else.
Things that are not in Settings
- Signature designs live under Signatures, not here.
- Who gets what is decided by Rules.
- Banners are Campaigns.
- The Microsoft 365 connection has its own page, and needs an owner to change it.
Settings is only ever the organisation's own facts. If you cannot find something, it is probably one of the four above.
