Password

Change it here. You need your current password, and everyone else stays signed in unless you sign them out below.

Reduced motion is on, so the tour waits for you. Use the arrows or the list to move through the steps.

Watch out: Changing your email address changes how you sign in. If the new address is not on your mailbox yet, do that first, or you will lock yourself out of the reset flow.

Belonging to several organisations

One login can hold membership of several organisations, each with its own role. This is what makes Signed workable for agencies and IT providers: one place to sign in, and a switcher at the top of the app.

Switching organisation changes everything in the app, including signatures, people and billing.
  • Data never crosses over. Signatures, people and rules belong to one organisation.
  • Roles are per organisation. You can be an owner of one and an admin of another.
  • Billing follows the organisation. Your plan belongs to the organisation you are looking at.

A few habits worth having

  • At least two owners per organisation
  • Sign out of other devices after using a shared or borrowed computer
  • Revoke a key before you replace the system that used it
  • Check the audit log after any handover
