Two roles, a short invitation flow, and how to make sure you are not the only owner.

Team is about who can manage Signed, not who gets a signature. Most people in your organisation will never appear here.

Note: The app hides what a role cannot use, but the real check happens on the server. An admin who finds a URL that looks like an owner page still cannot use it.

Invite someone
Enter their name and email and choose a role. They get an email with a link that works for seven days.
Reduced motion is on, so the tour waits for you. Use the arrows or the list to move through the steps.
Tip: Always have at least two owners. If one person is the only owner and leaves, nobody can reach billing or the Microsoft 365 connection until we intervene.
Removing someone
- Remove them from Team. Their access ends immediately, including on devices where they are still signed in.
- Check that any rules naming them still make sense. A rule matching a person who has left is a rule matching nobody.
- Nothing they created is deleted: signatures, rules and campaigns all stay.
Watch out: Removing someone from Team does not remove them from Users. Team is who manages Signed; Users is who gets a signature. They are separate lists on purpose.
Common questions
How many people can we have on the team?
As many as you need. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and they aren't charged for unless they also get a signature.
Can I change someone's role later?
Yes, from the Team page. An owner can move someone between admin and owner at any time.
