    Create an organisation for the client

    Add it from your account. It starts with its own 14-day free trial.

    Bring in their people

    Connect their Microsoft 365 with the client's admin account, or import their people from a CSV.

    Design, assign and deploy

    Build their signatures, set up rules, then send them the Outlook add-in manifest or connect their mail system through the API.

    Add their staff as owners or admins, or leave it with you. Either way, it's their organisation.

Is there a special plan for agencies?

No. Each client organisation has its own plan, billed per user for that client's people. That keeps billing simple and makes it easy to pass costs on.

How many organisations can one login manage?

You can own up to 25 organisations from one login. If you need more than that, contact us.

Can my client see the other organisations I manage?

No. People only see the organisations they belong to. Your client's staff see their own organisation and nothing else.

Who pays for each organisation?

Whoever sets up billing in that organisation. You can pay and recharge the client, or invite them as an owner and let them add their own card.

Can I move an organisation to the client later?

Yes. Invite someone at the client as an owner. Once they've joined, they can manage billing and team members themselves.
