Signed manages email signatures for your whole organisation from one place. It's made by Cube Systems Limited, a UK company registered in England and Wales.
The story
Tired of the reminder emails
Every company with more than a handful of people knows the routine. The logo gets refreshed, someone sends round a new signature, and then the chasing starts. Half the team updates it. A few paste it in wrong. Someone is still using the one from three years ago.
Then a person changes role, a phone number changes or a campaign ends, and it all starts again.
We built Signed for whoever is stuck doing the chasing, usually someone in IT, operations or marketing with better things to do. Design the signature once, take people's details from your directory and let Signed put the right signature on every email. When something changes, it changes everywhere.
