How does the free trial work?
Every new organisation gets a 14-day free trial of Pro, with every feature switched on. You don't need a card to start. Pick a plan at any point during the trial or when it ends.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active person who gets a signature: £0.49 per user per month on Standard and £0.99 on Pro. People you switch off aren't counted. When people join or leave, the charge is adjusted for the rest of the billing period.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, signatures pause and the portal becomes read-only. Your templates, people and settings stay exactly as you left them. Choose a plan and everything starts working again. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the portal and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate when you pay.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost the same as ten months of the monthly price, so you get two months free: £4.90 per user a year on Standard and £9.90 on Pro. You pay once a year, up front, and anyone added during the year is charged for the rest of it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Standard and Pro from the portal whenever you need to. Both plans have unlimited templates, team members and brand kits, so there's nothing to tidy up first.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Stripe handles the payment itself, so your card details never reach our servers.
Who counts as a user?
Each active person who gets a signature counts as one user. Team members who manage Signed in the portal aren't charged for unless they also get a signature.
Is there a minimum or a maximum number of users?
No. There's no minimum and no cap, whether you have three people or 3,000. Get in touch if you'd like help planning a large roll-out.
